Mr. Lemp began his appraisal career in 1990 for a New England region, Connecticut-based real estate appraisal firm. In 1993 Mr. Lemp co-founded Italia & Lemp Inc, a diversified commercial real estate valuation firm. In 1997 Mr. Lemp received his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, In 2013 the firm joined with forty-five other commercial real estate firms to form Valbridge Property Advisors, a national commercial real estate appraisal and consulting business.

Narrative appraisal assignments include the valuation of owner-occupied and multi-tenant industrial facilities; office structures; retail properties, apartment buildings, self-storage properties and special-purpose industrial properties including bulk fuel storage facilities, truck terminals, freezer buildings.

Mr. Lemp has been involved with the valuation of literally thousands of properties over his career. He has served on numerous occasions as an expert witness in both the state and federal court systems and has ample deposition experience. Mr. Lemp’s skills include the use of Argus Enterprise.

Mr. Lemp enjoys playing tennis and golf as well as traveling with his wife, two adult children and two grandsons.
