Through his years in the field immediately following graduation from the UConn School of Business, Mr. Gallo has cultivated a deep understanding of the intricacies of commercial real estate markets. He consistently leverages this knowledge to provide comprehensive and objective appraisal reports tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Mr. Gallo has written narrative appraisal reports for a wide variety of commercial property types in Connecticut and across New England including owner-occupied and multi-tenant industrial facilities, office buildings, retail properties, self-storage properties, shopping centers, vacant land, and special-purpose reports including hotel going concern valuations, marinas, breweries, truck terminals, and freezer (cold-storage) buildings.
Mr. Gallo holds a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in the State of Connecticut and is proficient in ARGUS Enterprise cash flow modeling.
